I had to contact my GP for clarification, and they told me to ask the service for more details. After scheduling another appointment, I requested the service to inform my GP again, but a week later, I found out my GP had received nothing. How many appointments does it take to get a proper referral for a simple blood test? I invest considerable time and energy into this service, yet I am repeatedly disappointed. I wish my company's insurance provided a more effective service.
