Avoid this service and save your money. The doctor I met was unkind and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The "appointment" lasted only 2 minutes at most. I received no useful information, and after they took my payment, there was no assistance provided at all, and the call ended abruptly. When I sought a refund, I was told nothing could be done and that the appointment was considered "appropriate." This platform is a COMPLETE SCAM. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up.
