When I asked for a refund, I was told nothing could be done and that the appointment was deemed "appropriate." This platform is a total scam. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand.

This isn’t the early 2000s where apps are new; they tried to claim it was a connection issue. The virtual assistant was efficient at collecting my data, but the non-live chat kept failing. It’s all a deception.
