I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. On the day, I joined the call, and just as the therapist was logging in, we got disconnected. I tried to reconnect, but it showed the appointment was completed. When I called customer service, they said there was nothing they could do. I didn’t receive any message or apology for the cancellation. This is ridiculous; I waited a month for this appointment only to have it canceled and find customer service unhelpful!
