I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with a recent experience using this service, which I cannot recommend. I tried to join a scheduled doctor's visit but was locked out. Despite this, my card was charged. When I sought help online, I got an unhelpful automated response. A phone call to a representative revealed no technical issues on their end, and I was charged a $30 late fee. This shows a poor standard of customer service and a lack of concern for client experience. Furthermore, a representative promised a refund that was never honored. Overall, being charged for a service I couldn’t access and the lack of support leads me to believe this company offers terrible service. I strongly advise against using their services to avoid being ripped off.
