This was unequivocally one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve encountered. The provider was unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in listening or providing care. I felt rushed, interrupted, and left without any solutions or guidance. The entire interaction felt like a mere checkbox exercise rather than a true medical appointment. There was no empathy or effort to understand my concerns, and no meaningful advice or treatment was offered. If I wanted to feel ignored and frustrated, I could have saved my money and stayed home. For a service that claims to offer convenience and quality care, this was a massive letdown. I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking genuine medical support.
