I went through the process to set up an appointment through the app, It said my appointment was in 60 minutes. I waited over 2 hours, called "customer service" basically got blown off and told I didn't have an appointment despite it saying on my app I had an appointment and a charge was made to my account.It was 10 pm when I made the appointment. I was told after waiting over 2 hours online and an hour trying to sort it out with so called "customer service" that a supervisor would call me back tomorrow and there wasn't any appointments available.So much for "On Demand" and "24/7"Don't bother using them they will just stress you out.
