Be aware that you must cancel Document Genius (DG) before the trial period ends or auto-billing will occur as in the contract you entered by using a trial period. Although with my initial contact with DG, I was told, "we are unable to issue refunds for past monthly fees after the trial period", apparently the agent who wrote to me was mistaken. Further contact with DG resulted in apologies and a refund, and I changed this review to indicate this.
