If I could go lower I would give ZERO stars. Total scam. NOT FREE. They set it up so you think you are getting a membership level that will provides limited service but then get a bill for $49.99. Use at your own peril.
Documentgenius was very easy to use and quick at taking care of business.. thankfully.. I was able to download my compressed pdf form without loosing quality.. thank you Documentgenius ♡♡.

editing and navigating how to edit is very frustrating i had to figure it out just from messing around with it the editing and formatting should be together and the website is very slow when editing takes some time before it show your edits i finally figured the website out after hours of messing around with it you have to use the formatting tool to edit any words or input anything the edit tool work but it only deletes certain things does not allow you to edit what was imput it will mess up the template
Really good program for creating documents. Requires some tweaking from you as a user to get it exactly how you like it as the general content is still a bit more specific than I desired.
I registered for a free trial, and they charged my card $49.99 twice within the first two days. My bank flagged it as fraud and canceled my card. Now I have to wait for a new card to arrive. I'm thankful my bank identifies fraudulent activity.
The platform requires users to create an account, and providing credit card details is obligatory—even if you seek only a free download or trial. I'm rating it three stars because their marketing states that the initial service is free. Unlike some platforms that promote 'free' yet impose a $0.99 fee per download, this one does not impose hidden charges. However, they should eliminate the compulsory credit card requirement to genuinely reflect their 'free' offer.
It was easy to cancel the subscription to document genius or at least to get notification from them that the subscription was canceled. The problem was that continued to draw $49.95 a month from my bank account after they said they had canceled the subscription.
Be aware that you must cancel Document Genius (DG) before the trial period ends or auto-billing will occur as in the contract you entered by using a trial period. Although with my initial contact with DG, I was told, "we are unable to issue refunds for past monthly fees after the trial period", apparently the agent who wrote to me was mistaken. Further contact with DG resulted in apologies and a refund, and I changed this review to indicate this.
Clicked option for “free 7 day trial” and was charged $49.95 at the end. So misleading, not transparent. Do not use. Update: the confirmation email went to spam. The initial link is misleading as it looks like the option is totally free but the confirmation email does state you need to can cancel within 7 days. While I still don't like this type of business practice customer service was helpful.
First of all, subscription charge for monthly is exorbitantly high for the services they offer, I tried to cancel, however they did not refund. I uploaded a word document and converted to a pdf and I was not satisfied with the pdf document it converted. The points in bullet in word document are gone in the pdf. Beware of so called premium plan, this is crap.
