The idea of DocuSign is amazing. It makes paperwork quick and easy.
I am all for making money and I understand they need to make money somehow, but I should not be asked to buy a product before I even login to the website. I cannot stand being pestered to buy things. I actually spend more money on the products that rarely ask just because they rarely ask. Also, I am not a person who has a company, so I have no use to get a monthly account for something like this. Know your audience.
My account had an automatic annual renewal on it and I was charged. I was surprised that I was charged for 3 users instead of 1. Two of the users no longer work at my company so I did not want to pay for a full year of subscription that I did not intend to renew and will not use. These are major charges for a small business. I reached out to DocuSign and they refused to refund me for those two users. I asked to speak with management several times and each time the customer service agent refused to do so. I am very disappointed with the service I received and wanted to share my experience with the community.

This service is truly disappointing. I had the worst time trying to complete a basic signing task. After signing a document, the sender informed me that the signature was faint. I attempted to replace it with a new one, but the system kept reverting to the faint signature. There seems to be no solution. It's a poorly designed application.
There are plenty of free alternatives, and their customer support is lacking. I subscribed for a specific feature that wasn't available. When I requested a refund, they pointed to their no-refund policy. Terrible service. Consider using other options.
