Client for over 13 years and so far after about 45 minutes it has been impossible to change my plan. I now want to cancel and keep getting a response they cannot process my request. You could not pay me to deal with docusign after the impossibility of trying to get service. I am done for life. (the opposite of customer for life) Terrible company. I am done even if it requires me to cancel my credit card.
