Had to deal with them twice and both times were highly frustrating. Biggest issues with doddl is you get passed from one person to another. In the two dealings with them I probably had contact with at least 15 different staff members. We ended up wasting time chasing people and having to explain our situation repeatedly as staff kept changing. The whole process was protracted and slow and we felt we did a lot more leg work than we should have for a company that was being paid over 3 grand in commission. Some staff are good at their job but it's hard to get anyone to see it through to the end. I'm sure there are much better brokers out there in a smaller company that might offer a more personalised approach. I don't think we ended up getting a good service or good financial advice. In fact when we ended up following their advice and taking out a 2 year fixed term and then renegotiating for a new deal with an alternative provider they completely backtracked on what was initially said and advised we would have to wait a bit longer before we would be able to negotiate a new mortgage contract. I would not recommend this company.
