Dodo is without question the worst internet provider I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve sent multiple emails and spent countless hours on the phone trying to cancel my service. Every time I finally get through after painfully long hold times, I’m assured the cancellation has been processed. Yet weeks later, nothing has been actioned.It’s the same cycle again and again – false promises, wasted time, and no accountability. At this point, it feels like a deliberate strategy to keep charging customers who have already left.If you value your sanity, avoid Dodo. Their incompetence, disorganisation, and disregard for customers is staggering.
