I am quite disappointed with the service. I placed my order on December 9, and it has yet to be shipped. Despite sending several emails to customer support, I have not received any responses. There has been no communication or updates regarding the delay, which is very frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the company will finally respond and either ship my order or provide a clear update.
