Very dissatisfied with the service.

I am very dissatisfied with the service. I placed my order on December 9, and it still has not been shipped. I have contacted customer support multiple times but have received no replies. There has been a lack of communication, no updates, and no explanation for the delay. This situation is quite frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the company will eventually respond and either ship my order or provide a clear update.

Disappointed with the service.

I am quite disappointed with the service. I placed my order on December 9, and it has yet to be shipped. Despite sending several emails to customer support, I have not received any responses. There has been no communication or updates regarding the delay, which is very frustrating and unprofessional. Customer service is lacking.

I placed my order on November 3 and sent an email to customer service on November 18 for a shipping estimate. I received no response. I followed up on November 26 and again on December 4, but still no reply. Now it's December 7, and while I receive marketing emails, my inquiries about my order have been ignored. The website claims there is a live chat, but there's no access to it on mobile or desktop. It's frustrating to wonder if my order will ever arrive or if I've been scammed.

Communication Needs Improvement During Shipping

Updated on 12/11/2025: Shortly after my previous review, I received an email from the shipping service indicating that my order was shipped for next-day delivery, and I received it today. Although I'm still not completely satisfied with their communication process, I did receive my order, which was well-packaged. Updated on 12/10/2025: I placed an order with expedited shipping in late November. I received an email stating that the company printed the shipping label, but they never shipped the order within the promised timeline. Their customer service email has not responded. If there is a delay, shouldn't customers be informed instead of being ignored? There was no shipping delay notice on their site or in the order confirmation email. They even advertised a live chat option, but it is not available on either the desktop or mobile version. The website information is outdated, shipping policies are unreliable, and there is a lack of customer support.

Order placed on October 30, no updates.

I ordered on October 30, and it has been over a week with no shipping progress visible. My order status is still at 'preparing shipment.' I have emailed customer support multiple times without a response. I heard that another customer from Canada received their order in four business days, which is much faster. I will wait two more weeks and then update this review.

Unsatisfactory experience: customs charge and damaged packaging

I had a poor experience with a £17 customs charge on a £46 order that was not mentioned during the ordering process. Delivery took a long time, and the packaging arrived squashed. This is not the level of service I expected, and I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I placed my order on October 5 and received no emails or communication at all. I reached out to customer support but received no response. It's well past the holidays, and by now, my order should have been shipped. Update: I have since been contacted and informed that my shipment has been arranged. They also added reward points to my account for the inconvenience, which I appreciate.

I placed my order a week ago and have not received any confirmation. Customer support is not responding, and there is no contact information on the website besides email. This is a terrible experience, and I do not recommend anyone to order from here. I paid via PayPal and have already contacted customer support to cancel the transaction and request a refund.

Very good experience

This was my first time ordering, and I selected a few products. The shipping was much faster than I anticipated! When I had a question about customs, their response was quick and clear. All items arrived safely and were well-packaged. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and since the site offers a wide range of brands, I will definitely return for more orders.
