I placed my order on November 3 and sent an email to customer service on November 18 for a shipping estimate. I received no response. I followed up on November 26 and again on December 4, but still no reply. Now it's December 7, and while I receive marketing emails, my inquiries about my order have been ignored. The website claims there is a live chat, but there's no access to it on mobile or desktop. It's frustrating to wonder if my order will ever arrive or if I've been scammed.
