A frustrating experience. I placed an order and paid extra for express shipping. After five days and three ignored emails, my order had a label printed but was never accepted by the shipping carrier. I eventually got a response after DMing them on social media. They were very apologetic and promised to check with the carrier. That same day, the package was accepted, indicating it had not been sent initially. Now, ten days later, my package is in the wrong state. I would advise against using this company as you may not receive your order.
