Read the return policy. When I tried to return a harness, they first asked me to measure my dog to make I had the right size, and when I declined, asked me to send 7 photos of the product. I realize they are just trying to protect themselves from fraud but I won't be buying from Dogfriendlyco again.
I initially ordered the wrong size, but the support team quickly informed me they would adjust the size before shipping, although they were out of stock on my desired size. It took a while to finally receive it, but the customer service was consistently responsive. I truly adore the harness and leash; they are very well crafted, and the color is stunning.
I just got my order today and I'm thrilled with the quality of the product. My dog, who is a strong puller, has finally found something that works for him. Our walk today was really enjoyable, as he instantly stopped pulling. I'm so glad I discovered this product—thank you very much!
I received a complete dog-lover set in a vibrant yellow, and it is truly beautiful. The personalized name tag added the perfect finishing touch. The quality is outstanding, and the sizing is perfect for my pet. Each item is thoughtfully designed. I’m extremely pleased with it and would highly recommend it to all pet owners.
I would have rated this a 5-star for quality, but unfortunately, the kit arrived 11-12 days after I placed my order. Now, I'm trying to exchange the harness for a smaller size, but I received a denial email after submitting the form on their site. We're still going back and forth about the return process, even after providing the order number as proof of purchase. It's been almost a month since I ordered, and my dog still hasn't been able to use it, which is quite frustrating.
They provide excellent quality and demonstrate kindness. Unfortunately, their harness didn't suit our dog due to his unique proportions. However, when I inquired about returning it, they suggested donating it to a shelter of my choice instead. I was thrilled with this option and chose to donate it to the same shelter from which our dog came. The team at the company is truly amazing, compassionate, and supportive. I plan to purchase more of their products in the future, perhaps a leash or another item, as my experience with them was thoroughly positive!
I've tried numerous harnesses for my uniquely shaped German Shepherd, but none seemed to fit well or look appealing. Then, I came across this product on social media. We are thrilled with our harness purchase. The size guide was accurate and it fit perfectly. It can also be adjusted for a slightly larger size. Everything is of great quality, and we appreciate the interchangeable name tags. The service was top-notch as well.
