Another drop shipping issue! I placed an order and immediately emailed to cancel due to a mistake. I received a response 24 hours later saying they needed to check with the warehouse about canceling, even though I had already received a dispatch email and tracking number. After another 24 hours, they informed me they couldn't cancel the order. Their internal communication is shocking! They clearly lack control over their inventory and shipping. I wanted to cancel to place a new order with additional items to save on shipping, but after this experience, I will be looking elsewhere.
10/10 would recommend! We bought a harness and bungee leash for our pitty who was very strong on leash. She had lot of anxiety when leaving for walks because her prior harness was complicated to put on. Her new one from DogFriendlyCo was so easy to put on and took a lot of worry out of our walks. Our puppy and us are both loving the new leash/harness combo so much that we bought another one for our senior pup! Highly recommend.
Well made harness and collar and leash. Rope leash is soft on my hands. Collar is very padded and soft for the dog. Harness is very sturdy and adjustable. This is easily the best set up I’ve had for walking a dog that pulls. Absolutely wonderful.
This company advertises a “Lifetime Warranty” on their harnesses on their website, emails, and online advertising. A statement from one of their ads “this thing (the harness) comes with a lifetime warranty which means I literally have zero excuse to get her a new one ever again”. The clip broke on one I bought (an obvious weakness as not a strong design) when it was less than 2 years old and I asked for it to be repaired or replaced under the Lifetime warranty and then they respond with their actual warranty statement which is in the returns section of their website that states “Any warranty claims must be received within 30 days of purchase, otherwise we are unable to replace any items.Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to use.Our warranty/guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. Any claims after 60 days may not be valid, as the damage may be considered normal wear and tear.” Not an unreasonable warranty, but not at all what they advertise. There’s no way you can call that a lifetime warranty, and they won’t answer any questions about how they claim this to be a lifetime warranty. Clearly misleading, if not patently false advertising.
Ordered a harness. Took over 3 weeks to come. Followed the sizing guidelines onto the website for my breed of dog, a cocker spaniel. When item arrived it was far too big! Even when adjusted. Nowhere near the size stated. Didn’t have the tags as I’d disposed of these and then couldn’t get an exchange or a refund. Really poor service and company
