Delivery was handled by a shipping service with a minor hiccup, but that was a typical issue. The harness is well made and very easy to put on. My pet is much easier to manage during walks, and I appreciate not struggling with a complicated harness. The sizing is a bit off, but I attribute that to my growing puppy. Even with a slightly loose fit (I got one with room for growth), the product performs well, and I haven't even utilized the additional front D-ring yet! I love the purple color and the large lettering with her name. I've received compliments, and even a neighbor decided to order one for their dog. The leash is well made with a swiveling hook that lets my pup chase her tail while on a leash. I have no complaints about this product!
We live in Canada and ordered a harness with a name patch. Unfortunately, the order didn't arrive or was delivered incorrectly. I contacted the customer service team, and they sent me a replacement harness. It arrived, and we love it! It's very adjustable and easy to use.

A frustrating experience. I placed an order and paid extra for express shipping. After five days and three ignored emails, my order had a label printed but was never accepted by the shipping carrier. I eventually got a response after DMing them on social media. They were very apologetic and promised to check with the carrier. That same day, the package was accepted, indicating it had not been sent initially. Now, ten days later, my package is in the wrong state. I would advise against using this company as you may not receive your order.
