I am happy with the harness itself, but when I received it, the phone number was not completed on the name tag. It turns out that because I put a "1" in front of the area code, they did not put the end of the phone number. When questioned why they would not just do that automatically, I was told it was my fault for listing the "1". I think it should be a given that if it does not fit, drop the 1 and finish the phone number. Instead, they are charging me an extra $14.95 to replace the reflective name strip. I think this is incredibly poor customer service.
