After seeing all the good reviews,I decided to purchasethe XS harness for my 8 year old female Chihuahua. After taking her for a walk, I noticed that she was limping. I checked her legs and saw that her leftleg was sore and inflammed. What I noticed was the plastic snap buckle was too close to her leg. It is a design flaw! For small dogs the buckle should be on the top of the harness, out of the way from the leg. I emailed the support dept and all they said was " we are sorry that the harness does not work for your dog". Wow, is this the way to run a company! Itis completely useless to me. If you have a small dog,don't waste your money on this company!!
