DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Something shady is going on with Doggykingdom. I placed an order in January and have still not received it on 3/17. Tracking says the item is stuck in US Customs, where it has been since Feb 1. Each time I reach out to customer service they assure me they'll "check on it" and cite COVID for the delay but weeks later, still no progress. Somehow everything else I've ordered from other small companies has been delivered without an issue. I am empathetic to delays, but I don't believe that after 60+ days this product will ever arrive. Don't waste your time or money on this company.
