This site are scammers. They constantly ask you for verification, there online chat support can't help one but and constantly ask you to email. They hardly ever reply / ignore you on email or take weeks to reply. They won't restrict or close your account if you ask. And as for withdrawals I've been trying to withdraw £6000 for 3 weeks now and they keep rejecting the withdrawal. No explanation given just keep getting told to contact support via email.. DO NOT USE THIS SITE
I liked the game selection and the site design at first, but my withdrawal was held for verification for over a week. Support was polite but kept asking for the same documents again and again — frustrating when you just want your money. I’ll play again, but only small stakes
So just a follow up, I got my money back from the bank! Which doesn't happen if they are a legitimate casino. Told the bank about this scam site!! It's sickening to think about all the money I wasted on here trying to reach the high withdrawal, to reach it to find out you literally can't withdraw money it's impossible!! They could use PayPal if they were legit. I basically gave them my international bank number and all my details for them to try and commit fraud and rob me even more!! They can use information like the fake businesses they deal from that take the transactions and use it to pass security.. for example..can you name recent transactions on your account. I gave them a very good way to commit more fraud! But unlucky for them.. I have bad credit and that bank account is empty!!
Please read my experience and do not deposit in this site: i opened an account one week ago and knowing how many scam sites are there I was very cautious in making my deposit. So i deposited 100usd, made some bets, did the verification and to test the site i wanted to withdraw 100usd from my account. this is where everything came to the surface: first, my withdrawal was pending for three days and each time i go to chat they tell me "sorry, we are overloaded" after three days it gets cancelled and they tell me in chat to process it one more time saying the provider has cancelled it. i withdraw one more time, 3 days pass by, again every day chatting and getting a reply "its under review". after 3 days it gets cancelled, then in chat they tell me to email: securityATdogsfortune.com which i do and get no reply. i go to chat again, they tell me its weekend they dont reply and today on a monday, oct 7, i do to chat and they tell me they will get back to me. they also give a specific time like 21:00CET or 18:00CET so u think they are serious. but nothing happens. their customer service very rude. So, if after this u want to deposit and they wish you will make any withdrawals go ahead and do it. At least I have done my part in warning everyone about this site. UPDATE: it has been 7 days since i posted this and no reply from the casino and no reply to my email, yet they keep sending automated emails with different bonuses offered so i put in more money...what a shame
I tried to withdrew my funds and it was rejected several times for no reason? I spoke to live chat who told me to email....I then several emails and got no emails back?Please do not use this website as its a scam they dont even hold a license....do your research.
