Alistair and Izzy both very good although we did not meet Izzy she was very good on text. From the very start Alistair has been informative and explained everything and answered all our questions and very helpful about our dog Benji. Although we have only had him 2 days his training that he has already received shows through, he is very good on the lead, pulls a little but nothing to worry about, as soon as you say stop he stops. All in all a very good experience so far
