We're currently struggling with our Labrador, and at my wits end, I contacted Dog's Trust Behaviour Support Line. And I'm so glad I did. Heather was really understanding and seemed very knowledgeable. She didn't once make me feel like I was failing, which if I'm being honest, was what I was scared of.
