I found when I had made a dog a favourite, and you presumably felt they were not suitable you heard nothing, did not know if the dog was still available, so poor communication. Post adopting Trixie , I know the advice people had endeavoured to contact me and my mobile phone is playing up and says I am not available first call but on second call you get through . Realising I have missed r these calls I have tried to phone you back twice today and have been left hanging on the line both times for over 5 minutes, so have given up.
