We adopted our Rescue from the Cardiff site. The staff there were very helpful and welcoming and explained everything in good detail. Our Rescue, who’s now named LOTTi, who didn’t have the best start I’d say, is settling in and getting use to having a home with lots of cuddles. They keep touch too… which is nice.
