Caution: Terrible experience with false claims! I've been trying to return my collar for some time. They request multiple photos and inform me that shipping costs are my responsibility, plus they will retain processing fees. Living in a rural area, I bought the collar based on the website's promises of reliability and accuracy. However, on the second day of use, my dog was in the kitchen, agitated and running back and forth between my husband and me. Despite being over 45 feet from the fence boundary, she was repeatedly shocked, not just once but continuously. She was utterly terrified. This happened even though the collar indicated a green GPS signal, and the boundary was set far enough away. After frantically removing the collar and contacting customer support for a return (she is too scared to let us approach her with it), we were given the runaround and told it was our location's fault, even though they promote their product for rural settings. They claimed our house was too close to the boundary and that GPS strength was insufficient. The shocks occurred while she was well within the designated safe zone. Customer support suggested using a beacon indoors to create a safe zone, which is inadequate for our home size. They also insisted that we would need to turn the fence on and off every time the dog entered or exited, which is impractical. Overall, this has been a dreadful experience, and I want others to be aware. The product is unreliable, the experience is poor, and the company does not support its product. I do not recommend it. Additionally, when I tried to leave a review on their site (which features only positive reviews), I discovered there's no option to write one—very suspicious! Where do those reviews come from if I, an actual customer with the collar and proof of purchase, cannot leave feedback? I bought it directly but should have realized something was off when I noticed it was no longer available on major platforms. Coincidence? I think not!
The service has been highly effective for our dog. The geo fence and correction features have worked perfectly. Our fence covers about 2 acres, and we also utilize it for barking correction when she wears the collar. I recommend turning off the fence when the dog is indoors. Additionally, I’m quite impressed with the customer support; they promptly provided instructions when we needed to replace a screw on the collar. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the service and the product!
The technology performs excellently and surpasses similar options I've used. The support team is highly responsive and eager to assist. During my recent issue with a collar that was damaged, they directed me to a replacement and provided helpful tips on safeguarding the equipment in the future.

We accidentally attached the leash to the collar, and when it broke, Support quickly sent us a replacement under warranty. They've been so responsive and helpful every step of the way!
I’ve had a pretty good experience with the collar, I live in a rural area so keeping my dog on my property was important to me. I noticed sometimes if she’s in the house it will alert me she is approaching the border, I then moved the border away further and it’s been alright since. Today I noticed she was in one spot, I looked and didn’t see her, used the app to call her over and found the collar on the ground. One of the black round screws came unscrewed and I can’t find the other piece. I’ve put a zip tie on there for now but reached out to customer service for help finding replacement prices, I was notified they have replacement prices, they would be free but cost $10-$20 dollars for shipping. BUT! If I did a five star review they would wave the shipping fee. I have enjoyed the collar, I don’t use the shocking part, my girl responds well to the voice and vibration. It’s good for an easy going dog. Thank you and I look forward to my free replacement pieces.
I live in a remote area with many acres of desert sagebrush land. It is a wonderful feeling to let Penny, my dog, run freely without the fear of losing her. I can tell exactly where she is and where I am also. The Satellai has been very beneficial to me and Penny.
