I received correspondence from customer service, specifically from Rebecca, regarding a discrepancy in a recent order. I communicated that the delivered product did not align with the quantity for which we were invoiced. Rebecca stated the quantity was "100g." I expressed my strong disagreement with this assertion, as the actual content in each vial appeared to be significantly less, likely under a gram. The containers were nearly empty, with only a minimal residue at the bottom, insufficient for practical use, especially considering the $60 charge. Furthermore, the products lacked safety seals and any protective packaging, which raised significant concerns about their integrity and safety. Consequently, I disposed of the items. I am now prepared to retrieve them from disposal for return. However, I must address Rebecca's threat of pursuing fraud charges against me. In response, I indicated my intention to pursue charges of theft, as the product received did not match the value paid. I am committed to resolving this matter appropriately. I ask for a refund they said there was nothing while in shipment, it took us till the 17th or 16th to get it. We ordered it on the fifth. It was only supposed to take 3 or 4 days is what we were told originally didn't get her to the 17th, so she said that they were within their guidelines. Well, what's your guidelines a month? I ordered stuff afterwards cause I had to get something from my pup inning to help his coughing and his heart that I had to buy somewhere else.And they came safety, sealed safety wrapped, and the jars were completely full and all four, so is sixty some dollars is gonna bankrupt this company.What shortcuts was being taken?That's just the way I look at it.Cause she's making it sound like i'm trying to commit fraud against him.Because i'm doing a chargeback.No, that's not it.I didn't get what I paid for don't be rude. To me it smelled sweet like kool aid or jello smell .. So not trusting what I had received.I've checked it.I wasn't gonna put it my dog system.So I asked for a refund.They were like, no well, i'm doing a charge back.Be careful where you order from.
