Purchased their top of the line Pathfinder 2 setup. Could not get it to work. Contacted support, they make lies I am using the wrong app, i am not ignorant of how to use electronics amd applications. But i sent a picture of the app and the version i am using. They said to call, i said i lost my voice in the last war i was in, they need to text or email, i never heard from them again. After not hearing from them for weeks, I post a negative review on their site about all i have gone through and i still own a very expensive collar i can not use. They refuse to post it and send an email claiming to again i am using the wrong app and to contact them via phone, AGIAN!?So i reply yet a third time that i am a disabled veteran and send them a picture of the app and version i am using. Still, no reply. This company's customer support is non existent when it comes to disabled veterans
