Top notch products and equally important, top notch service. The collar and remote are a tank and have helped me train my 100 pound pit very well. Great work even at a considerable distance. I had an issue months later and they sent me a label, took care of the issue in a day and shipped it back the next day. Rare to find this degree of human customer service in an age of overseas call centers and AI bots. Great company that stands by their products.
I ordered a replacement electrode on 12/2/2025, and it arrived in CT on 12/10, but it was effectively "lost" according to the postal service. I contacted the support team for a refund, but was informed that it couldn't be credited back to my card until it was delivered. The total cost, including shipping, was under $15. I reached out again on 1/5 regarding the refund and was assured it would be processed, yet it never happened. Now, two months later, the part finally arrives, but it was mistakenly sent to New Hampshire. I'm extremely frustrated about this situation; while the item wasn't costly, it's the principle that bothers me.
My call was answered right away, and the representative was incredibly supportive, making our conversation flow smoothly. I truly valued how quickly she collected and verified all my details. She assisted me in ordering new rubber charging port covers for my device, as I realized I may have been overly rough with the previous ones after several months of use. Additionally, she initiated the shipping process for two older devices that required a firmware update and arranged for an older unit to be inspected for repairs. Overall, it was a delightful experience with all my inquiries and requests thoroughly addressed.

Purchased their top of the line Pathfinder 2 setup. Could not get it to work. Contacted support, they make lies I am using the wrong app, i am not ignorant of how to use electronics amd applications. But i sent a picture of the app and the version i am using. They said to call, i said i lost my voice in the last war i was in, they need to text or email, i never heard from them again. After not hearing from them for weeks, I post a negative review on their site about all i have gone through and i still own a very expensive collar i can not use. They refuse to post it and send an email claiming to again i am using the wrong app and to contact them via phone, AGIAN!?So i reply yet a third time that i am a disabled veteran and send them a picture of the app and version i am using. Still, no reply. This company's customer support is non existent when it comes to disabled veterans

Dogtra equipment is the worst I've ever used. I've spent several thousands of dollars on equipment and training from many different companies. The Dogtra technology is so outdated that it's borderline useless. I wouldn't use it if it was free. The people at Dogtra do not care and it shows. I think they used to be good, but then they completely stopped trying. All my Dogtra equipment is completely useless and going in the trash. Unfortunately it was very expensive. I can't say enough horrible things about Dogtra.
