I reached out again on 1/5 regarding the refund and was assured it would be processed, yet it never happened. Now, two months later, the part finally arrives, but it was mistakenly sent to New Hampshire. I'm extremely frustrated about this situation; while the item wasn't costly, it's the principle that bothers me.
