I ordered a cosplay from DokiDoki. Their website clearly says: EU shipping:Processing time 2-3 days+ transportation time 2-7 Days". 2 weeks have passed and they didn't ship it, so I sent an email. Instead of giving me an update, they accused me of things like “malicious refund” (which I never requested!) and cancelled my order. They refunded me only after I requested a tracking number.Sadly, this is not the first time I’ve had an awful experience with this store. I had problems before where they failed to ship items or handled issues poorly (I waited MONTHS).I ordered in good faith and just wanted the gift I paid for. I would not recommend them, especially if you need your order by a certain date.
