Had minor issues with them before, but usually just a small missing accessory or a missing button. This time I payed for my most expensive cosplay yet that was made to order. After 3 months of nothing I emailed them and got the answer that it was out of stock and there is nothing they can do. They didn't reach out about it, just planned to keep the money and say nothing and never made the thing I ordered. I am genuinely disappointed since their customer service has been great before
