The representative was quite rude. Additionally, they insisted on charging me for an entire extra day when I requested to pick up the vehicle just one hour earlier. However, when I returned the vehicle later than the agreed time, there was a long queue, and the representative refused to waive the extra day charge. This will be my last rental with this service.
