Recently at Dollarama on fairway road in Kitchener Ontario I purchased 2 products clearly marked within the product packaging, the price of $2.50. After paying for my order I noticed 2 products that cost each 50 cents more than the marked price. A refund was given and the explanation was because of a price increase on those products. This dishonest practice is wrong making the consumer the one to pursue the discount when the store should only be raising the price once the old inventory has been sold. A very poor practice for a large discount store like Dollarama. They need to do better.
