I have been using Dollar Curl Club for a little over two years, and I have never been so disappointed at the downfall of this business. I set up a subscription with them, and it was a total nightmare. I tried to set my order date, clicked confirm, and the order was placed and charged to my account. I had to cancel the order, reset the order date, and everything seemed to be fine. The order date arrives, I get an email that just says your can manage your subscription using the link provided. I didn’t need to make any changes, so I left the subscription alone. A few days later, I see my order was skipped and wasn’t being sent. I then cancelled my subscription because the entire process was a mess, and placed an order as usual. I placed my order on March 5, 2025 and got an email saying that the order was confirmed and received a tracker link through UPS. After a week, I check the tracking and UPS has still not received the package. I send an email asking for an update, no response. I had to send another message this morning because I have no idea what happened. No updates, no responses, and the website says my order was fulfilled. I spent over $70 on those products and I either receive them or I deserve a refund. I don't know if I will ever order from them again because I now do not trust the company, and I still have not reached a resolution. At this point, my advice would be take caution when ordering from Dollar Curl Club, you may not get your product or a response, so keep your money until they fix their issues.
