Easy to orderI use the monthly order and everything works perfectly. I can easily adapt the order to suit my needs.I live in Belgium, so the delivery time is understandable.And the products have consistently given the same results for over two years.
I used the shampoo, conditioner leave in conditioner and the hair oil....nice fragrance, didn't need a lot and the shampoo suds well. I really like leave in conditioner as I have Natural silver/grey hair and I feel I need the moisture. So with the leave in and the oil, which isn't hand coating, heavy and greasy, I am looking forward to easier combing, less breakage and moisturized hair. Also my hair after washing is always brighter and the products didn't dull the shine. I gave 4 stars as I never give 5...for incentive....* smile * Happy so far.
I used to use their product years ago. I dyed my hair, and even before then, I couldn't find anything that would keep my hair moisturized. Now, I'm just so excited to be back. The hair felt so good after washing, and it lasted for a long time. Love it and HIGHLY recommend.
I have been using Dollar Curl Club for a little over two years, and I have never been so disappointed at the downfall of this business. I set up a subscription with them, and it was a total nightmare. I tried to set my order date, clicked confirm, and the order was placed and charged to my account. I had to cancel the order, reset the order date, and everything seemed to be fine. The order date arrives, I get an email that just says your can manage your subscription using the link provided. I didn’t need to make any changes, so I left the subscription alone. A few days later, I see my order was skipped and wasn’t being sent. I then cancelled my subscription because the entire process was a mess, and placed an order as usual. I placed my order on March 5, 2025 and got an email saying that the order was confirmed and received a tracker link through UPS. After a week, I check the tracking and UPS has still not received the package. I send an email asking for an update, no response. I had to send another message this morning because I have no idea what happened. No updates, no responses, and the website says my order was fulfilled. I spent over $70 on those products and I either receive them or I deserve a refund. I don't know if I will ever order from them again because I now do not trust the company, and I still have not reached a resolution. At this point, my advice would be take caution when ordering from Dollar Curl Club, you may not get your product or a response, so keep your money until they fix their issues.
