I wish I could rate them lower. The customer service is appalling. I reached out multiple times but received no response. They completely ignored their own policies and are now attempting to charge me for their errors. They are not honoring the commitments they made. I've gone through three vehicles in just 12 weeks, which is unbelievable. The staff are unprofessional and dismissive.
