AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!! I regret not heeding the warnings here; don’t make the same error. They add fee after fee when you visit in person; they take advantage of your fatigue from traveling and your urgent need for a vehicle. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!
If I could rate them zero, I would. The customer service is appalling. I reached out multiple times but received no response. They completely ignored their own policies and are now attempting to charge me for their errors. They are not honoring the commitments they made. I've gone through three vehicles in just 12 weeks, which is unbelievable. The staff are unprofessional and dismissive.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They lack proper customer care and charged me extra. The attitude of the staff is unacceptable, especially a particular individual who yelled at me. I informed all the managers, but my emails and calls have gone unanswered.
I booked a vehicle from the service for the period of November 24 to December 2, but when I arrived a day early, the airport kiosk processed a separate one-day rental and added personal accident insurance without my consent. I had already declined all optional coverage for my main nine-day booking. I was also misinformed about keeping the same car for the entire rental period. When I visited the office the following morning, I discovered that the unwanted insurance would also apply to the longer rental. The staff's advice was misleading and left me feeling taken advantage of. Although the financial loss wasn't significant, it didn't align with the positive reviews that influenced my choice. I hope the company rectifies this for future customers.
Beware! I've rented from this company for almost a year and have received numerous fines. I've never had so many fines while living in Dubai for over 15 years. I will soon investigate these fines as I suspect they are not valid. I am gathering information to file a case. Please be cautious and verify everything. They also add random charges.
Do not trust this company! They still haven't refunded my deposit, and it's extremely frustrating to deal with them. Each time I email them with my information, they claim they can't find my booking. It's just an excuse not to return my deposit. Avoid at all costs!
