Honestly I was happy to be customer of them until today, but they supported crime staff of their employee instead of asking apologies from customer, dear future customer, be aware of this company while you are providing your details like Passport, Emirates ID and bank card details. Because in the same time they do not keep your details confidential and spread easily, Because their employees (delivery personal) they may use your details while they are returning car if there is any accident by them they gave your details, however you finish your contract with them. You can easily receive fine without knowing which car and where happened, to identify this you need to go three places dubai police then traffic department, it means you need seperate time for this, as i was serious i did evrything to know clear details thanks for Dubai traffic police people they serviced very well, found delivery guy, after my agreement closed and he did accident and put my license number, even police called them, they are not serious for this behavior. after this situation then i can clear my license. Then I emailed them why they do like this, instead of asking apologies, they agian cheated it is not from us, you may take from others, see how their attitude for customer service, yyou can see easily they supportive for this delivery guy behavior. in the beginning I thought it is fault of delivery guy, but after their email from dollar customer care, you understand they are supportive for their employees criminal behavior. who guarantees they may use your confidential details for their favor. Also, before i did not give attention they are charging salik, withour proof, now i asked can you provide where i have passed they can not. that's why be serious once you work on with them.
