I had an appointment today 9:00-12:00 for service check. Tracker said 9:40-10:40. I called at 10:40, they told me the driver had some traffic, he will arrive soon. She was jot able to give a time indication, but she re-assured me it should not take more than 1h.Since then no one came or called. I tried to call also in the afternoon, no customer support.This is very unprofessional. I waited the entire morning for someone to come! We were not able to fulfill our plans for the morning. I am very disappointed with this approach. It is very unprofessional to not keep your appointment but also not to call to inform of the delay! I was expecting more from Dolly’s service…
