We love how easy it is to ride. We can carry 3 kids with the new model although it is a bit tight with the Maxi cosi, it truly is a life saver for us.
It was nice that they provided a test drive so we knew how it’ll be for our kids and for us to drive. They delivered it with the Maxi Cosi adapter and rain cover installed already so we didn’t need to do it ourselves.

I have been an owner of a brand new Dolly customer for 6 months and immensely regretted this purchase. I am now a owner of Urban Arrow second hand for a year (which cost the same price ) and extremely satisfied. What did go wrong:- Poor engine and display screen quality ( Bafang technology from China). Go for Bosch (no need to describe) like other strong renown bakfiets ( Gazelle, UA, Lovens). The motor simply stops work after 6 months and the screen goes black for no reason.- Poor and arrogant customer service not open to feedback. Their pre-sales service claim that they can come to your place to fix or replace anything. They can certainly do but only between 9-5pm and you have to wait at least 5 days. Basically if you buy a Dolly, you are at their mercy if you are not happy about something. Whereas if you buy any other bakfiets, you can go to your next door bike shop and fix it quickly with honest and unpartial feedback.
Dolly is a great bike overall in a very competitive price. The customer service is great and the maintenance service is also amazing. I’m giving 4 stars becasue I have encountered a few issues: Within the first couple of months, the display stopped working and the bike was not turning on becasue the buttons had broken. This got fixed within a week and the whole system was replaced with the older model. The brakes was squeaking but that also got fixed. After 6 months the gear display also stopped working. The gears were fine but the indication was broken. It got replaced at the last maintenance service. Overall I am super happy and I have massively used the bike and recommended it to other friends. I never had any issue with the communication and the staff is super responsive. A few small issues with the bike got solved promptly.

Dit is Dolly: jouw maatje in het dagelijks verkeer, je sidekick bij schoolruns en supermarktmissies. Hij rijdt zó lekker dat je bijna vergeet waarom je onderweg bent. Vol vertrouwen, nul gedoe, altijd klaar voor avontuur (of gewoon een pak luiers). Stap op, je dag wacht.
Geen poeha, wél ruimte, rijcomfort en een ontwerp waar je blij van wordt. Alles voelt stevig, doordacht en gemaakt voor het echte leven – van schoolrit tot stortbui. En misschien nog wel het fijnst: achter Dolly zit een merk dat écht snapt waar jij tegenaan loopt. Daarom voelt een Dolly niet als zomaar een bakfiets, maar als een maatje waar je op kunt vertrouwen.See more
