Extremely unprofessional service from Dolly. Paid $113 for delivery + helper to bring a $1200 IKEA sofa inside my home. Instead, the driver called BEFORE the delivery window, was rude, and then left the sofa outside my building in the rain with zero notice. Customer support incorrectly told me the item was returned to IKEA. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this service.
