Scam! do not trust this company! they scammed me took my money and never showed up, I called over (40) times and no one answered the phone. I had to dispute this with my bank and filed a complaint against them with the FTC and the US Attorney General's Office for FRAUD... Please don't waste your time...
We paid for delivery. Our new white couch arrived unwrapped in the open bed of a pickup truck, it was delivered on a slushy, wet winter day so we will be having it cleaned to remove the dirt and smudges. The sectional would not fit inside the bed of the truck so they dropped the first part then returned later with the additional pieces, this meant extending our lunch hour to accommodate the timing of 2 trips.
The team was fantastic. However, the booking process posed some challenges, and I was uncomfortable committing to payment before having a confirmed team ready to assist with my furniture move. I'm relieved it all worked out in the end, but the cost felt steep for under an hour of the team's assistance.
Suppose to have two helpers. Only one showed up. He was unable to follow directions before we met. He showed up 1 1/2 hours late. Once he met us, he did a wonderful job. We gave him a nice tip because once we got together, all went very well. Our new sofa weighed about 260lbs and because he was by himself, my wife and I had to help him. It was very tough for us. My wife had just had surgery and I am partially disabled. Overall a very frustrating experience before we met him but things got better after we me him and he helped us. I called customer service several times and gave them instructions. NONE were followed. I have no clue how they were unable to follow my wishes. Dolly is a wonderful idea but unfortunately, our experience is less than acceptable. Thanks!
Totally destroyed thousands of dollars worth of items, showing a complete lack of care and caution. There was an absence of any critical thinking. It was a complete disaster, and the company's response was simply "not our concern". A dreadful experience!
