Suppose to have two helpers. Only one showed up. He was unable to follow directions before we met. He showed up 1 1/2 hours late. Once he met us, he did a wonderful job. We gave him a nice tip because once we got together, all went very well. Our new sofa weighed about 260lbs and because he was by himself, my wife and I had to help him. It was very tough for us. My wife had just had surgery and I am partially disabled. Overall a very frustrating experience before we met him but things got better after we me him and he helped us. I called customer service several times and gave them instructions. NONE were followed. I have no clue how they were unable to follow my wishes. Dolly is a wonderful idea but unfortunately, our experience is less than acceptable. Thanks!
