We paid for delivery. Our new white couch arrived unwrapped in the open bed of a pickup truck, it was delivered on a slushy, wet winter day so we will be having it cleaned to remove the dirt and smudges. The sectional would not fit inside the bed of the truck so they dropped the first part then returned later with the additional pieces, this meant extending our lunch hour to accommodate the timing of 2 trips.
