I had no issues with the technician, but it seemed he was at a disadvantage since neither the previous technician nor the service team informed him of the problem and necessary parts. Luckily, he had the required door seal, string, and spring on hand. My only question is whether I should expect a tradesman to dispose of the old parts removed from the dishwasher rather than leaving them for me to handle?
