Richard attended to look at a damaged cooker knobs. He was very polite, knowledgeable and rectified the issue, explaining everything as he did the repair. As it was a brand new cooker he stayed to ensure the equipment worked correctly.

Despite the delays, the service was outstanding. The technician was professional, accommodating, and left the area clean. He worked diligently to resolve the issue and ensure our oven was functioning, despite challenges outside of his control. I had no issues with the technician, but it seemed he was at a disadvantage since neither the previous technician nor the service team informed him of the problem and necessary parts. Luckily, he had the required door seal, string, and spring on hand. My only question is whether I should expect a tradesman to dispose of the old parts removed from the dishwasher rather than leaving them for me to handle?
A technician came to fix our oven, and while the repair was successful, his demeanor was unfriendly, bordering on hostility. I hope this wasn't influenced by the pro LGBTQ+ materials we display in our window. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would prefer to deal with a malfunctioning oven than face such treatment again.
I had a fantastic experience - my issue was logged, and a service charge was applied. An appointment date was set for the technician's visit. Communication was excellent throughout, with the technician calling on the day to confirm his arrival time. His expertise allowed him to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. Additionally, he reported broken freezer doors to his operations team, who promptly contacted me with replacement options and pricing. This was a great example of traditional customer service.
